Welcome to Vidrego. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What Vidrego Is

Vidrego is a free video-sharing tool. You upload a short video, get a shareable link, and distribute it anywhere you like. No account is required.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only upload videos that you own or have the right to share. You agree not to upload:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Content that exploits or harms minors
• Gratuitous violence, gore, or extreme content
• Material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals or groups
• Illegal content of any kind, including promotion of illegal activities
• Malware, phishing, or spam
• Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law

3. Content Moderation

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward prohibited content. Videos reported multiple times are automatically hidden pending review. We review reported content within 24 hours and permanently remove anything that violates these terms.

We also apply automated filters on upload (file names, metadata) and reserve the right to remove any content, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of sharing it. Vidrego does not pre-screen all uploads, but we actively respond to reports and cooperate with valid legal requests.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee permanent file storage. Files may be removed at any time, without notice, for any reason including storage management, policy enforcement, or technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidrego shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or content removal.

7. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on Vidrego infringes your copyright, submit a report through our Report page with the video ID and a description of your claim. Valid requests are processed within 24 hours.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
